Born in 1979 in Damascus, Syria,

A visual artist, jewelry designer until 2010, she works around a range of personal and collective issues, using different techniques and materials, some linked to the body and memory across time and place.
Her work has been shown on several occasions in group and solo exhibitions in the Middle East, Europe and the United States. She has lived and worked in Rouen since 2015.
She was one of the founders of an independent festival “Khan Al Founoun” in 2014-2016 in Jordan, and has participated in the organization of several workshops in the Middle East and Europe.
Her work has been featured in various cultural publications, including with UNESCO, for whom she created the cover of the summer book with Oxford University in 2014.
Her work has been selected by UNESCO, World Bank Washington DC, Les amis de l’IMA Institut du Monde Arabe in Paris, Cultural Narratives, Ministère De L’Europe et des Affaires Étrangères in Paris, Atassi Foundation and private collections.
